What is acupressure?

Acupressure makes use of the traditional acupuncture meridians and points.  These have been used for thousands of years in many traditional healing systems with the intention to help specific physical or emotional problems for example:- pain, nausea, insomnia, indigestion, diarrhoea, constipation, fear and depression.

Acupressure is defined as the use of physical pressure using the thumbs, fingers or elbows.
No needles are used in acupressure.
